We have ordered the BQ25628EVM for evaluation.

Jumper setup is as below.

 

The setup is as below.

 

We have used USB2Any interface board and the “Battery Management Studio V1.3.101” as below for the test.

 

I have followed the attached test procedure. But the voltage level of Vsys is 3.3V instead of 3.7V.

 

Besides, the GUI reads is “Device ACK error” instead of “Device ACK OK”.

 

Please advise if there is any incorrect setting.
