The variation of the Vref is captured in the EC table section of the datasheet:
The variation of the IFB is not characterized across multiple devices (to capture process variation), but there is plot in datasheet that captures the variation of the IFB with temperature:
Yet, I want to highlight that, as mentioned in section 6.3.2, if the divider current is increased to approx. 12uA (FB divider bottom resistance at 100kohm), the error in the output due to FEEDBACK bias current can be reduced to 0.17%.
