I used the TPS548A29 to make a BUCK power supply, achieving 12V/1V 10A function.
The test uses an electronic load, and the output voltage decreases when the output current rises. When the 0.5Ω gear load is used, the output voltage drops to 0.92V. After 2-3 seconds, the device will latch off without output. It will output again only when the 3.3V voltage is re-applied to the EN pin, but it will still latch off after 2-3 seconds. This problem persists after adding VIN and VOUT capacitors. It is very confusing to check the datasheet and find that the latching off fault only occurs in the case of OVP.
How can I solve my current problem? Thank you for your correction.
