TPS63802: Output noise issue

Hello.

We are a company from Brazil. Brazil has almost the same timezone of the USA, I am just posting at night.

We are observing an "intense" noise on the output of TPS63802, like shown below.

OBS: Below, the average/mean voltage is 3.3V because the 12K feedback resistor shown in the schematic below was replaced by a 0 Ohms jumper.

This board has 8 layers, the output is connected to a power plane, and there are 3 solid ground planes.

I wanted to have an idea of what can be reason for this noise to be happening, and maybe know possibilities to fix this.

OBS: In particular, I can share the PCB project with an engineer from Texas Instruments, the PCB project is done in Altium Designer.
