What device is possible(package) to purchase for space?

UC1843-SP ( 8-DIP , 20-LCC)

UC1843A-SP(8-DIP, 20-LCC, 10-CFP)

UC1843B-SP(10-CFP)

For space (radiation hardened) you can see UC1843B-SP and all associated technical documentation unique to UC1843B-SP radiation hardness. You can also visit TI Aerospace and Defense Product page and Space Design Resource landing pages.

I don't know what's the difference between UC1843, UC1843A, and UC1843B.

Is they are all the same functions?

"-SP" indicates space level screening
