TLV431: OP temperature

Hi team,

we are promoting the TLV431 in their solar inverter project, the operating ambient temperature of PW-TL431AIL3T SOT32-3 is -40~85℃, Customer need to do the temperature pressure test in 85℃, So they are concerned about the temperature spec. So do you have some comments about that? Is the temperature spec suitable for their requirement?

    Hello Jingguo,

    We guarantee the datasheet specs up for the whole rated temperature range. If the customer has concerns they can use a Q-grade part with a temperature range of -40 to 125C.

    TL431AQDBZR is pin to pin with TL431AIL3T and has the same 2.495V Vref voltage. If 1.24V vref is needed, TLVH432AQDBZR is pin to pin with a 1.24V vref like TLV431.
