Can you help to advice if TPS71525DCKR and LMV331IDCKR fall under rough leadframe issue?

LMV331IDCKR

Ffactory verification found that there are pins blackened, suspected oxidation of the abnormal condition (see below)

worried about this will have an impact on production. What is the cause of this problem and can you help us to verify the problem, thanks~

From packaging:

"I am not sure if the blackness you observed is a problem. Probably it is simply due to light deflection. If you turn the units, it may shine?"
