BQ28Z620: Unseal command invalid sometimes

Hi team,

Customer feedbacks that when they try to unseal the device and program new FW,

sometimes the unseal command is invalid, which requires several times command. Could you help to analysis what cause it and how to improve the unseal cmd reliability? Thanks!

Hello Kailun,

Are they using bqStudio? If so, please ensure that Auto Update is turned off and so is scanning.

Hi Jonny,

No, they are using their own MCU. It could read and write normally, but unsealing failed sometimes.

Hey Kailun,

This can be sensitive sometimes, please ensure that you are using the same protocol that bqStudio uses by using a logic analyzer to view the transaction.
