    1. Please see attached Reference Design for 8-Port Application using TPS23841.

    2. Please self check schematic with reference design and send PDF of schematic for review.

    3. The A/D conversions are documented in the datasheet, please see attached below:

    4. Can you read the faults being reported from Port 3?
