A single UCC28180 controller can perform basic PFC for only 3-phase input using 6-diode rectification, but PF and THDi will be compromised. In some applications, the poor PF and THD may be acceptable.

For high PF and low THDi, 3-Phase PFC requires 3 controllers, one for each phase (unless a "Vienna Rectifier" is used. Ref: https://www.ti.com/lit/ug/tiducj0b/tiducj0b.pdf ).
