Dear Friends,

I am searching for a "Low side GaN FET Driver" for space applications.

Currently, I am using an LMG1020 for the ToF LASER driver in an industrial device.

I am seeking a space-grade device with similar functionality.

The ToF laser driver operates within 10ns, making the rise and fall time of the GaN FET driver extremely important.

I am looking for a driver with very fast rise and fall times.

Hi Jong-sik,

Our only space-grade GaN drivers are the TPS7H60x3-SP half-bridge family. However, you could always use a half-bridge driver as a dual-channel low-side driver. Below is the rise/fall time of the device family, which should fit your requirements:
