One of my customers is facing a failure of LM2675M-5.0/NOPB on the mass production line.
Failures were found in 4 pcs of LM2675s in a production volume of about 10kU.
The failure phenomenon is that the output voltage overshoots at startup.
In addition, the switching frequency (260kHz) of the SW terminal is unstable.
When they performed a cross check, they found that the failure phenomenon was observed
in all four of these failed devices when they replaced the normal device with a failed device on the board where the normal device was installed.
We have attached the customer's circuit and waveform when the failure occurred.
Could you please take a look at the attached file and give us your idea or comment about the cause of the failure?
