BQ25731: Question about the OTG/FRS pin

Part Number: BQ25731

Tool/software:

Hi,

I need to design a bi-directional battery charger. The battery is a 4S Li-io battery. The charger needs to take supply from a 24V adaptor. But as soon as the adaptor is disconnected, the charger needs to generate and give supply output at the same input of the 24V adaptor. I was looking at the BQ25731 and its OTG/FRS feature. If I understood correctly, if this pin is set HIGH, as soon as the Adaptor is disconnected, the BQ25731 will generate the voltage at the adaptor input as I needed (voltage equal to the OTG voltage setting). Is this actually the case or am I not understanding something?

Thanks
