Do you have LT SPICE models of the following products? If so, could you provide them to me?

Or could you provide a PSpice model that can be imported into LTSpice? The model I got from HP did not import well.

    Hello Nishie,

    Thanks for your interest in TI FETs. TI does not provide LTSpice models. However, all of these device have unencrypted PSpice models available in their product folders under the Design & development tab. These can be imported directly into LTSpice. Please consult LTSpice if you have any questions on how to import unencrypted PSpice models.
