Hello,

The datasheet 6.1 note(3) says “High junction temperatures degrade operating lifetimes. Operating lifetime is de-rated for junction temperatures greater than 125°C.”. My customer would like to know the relations between Tj and lifetime. Any equations, excel sheets or documents to estimate the degraded lifetime related the exceeded Tj?
