If possible, would you please send me the completed Quick Start calculator assuming Buck configuration ? Especially, I'd like to know the electrical specifications.

our client condition is

Vin= 12V

Vout= -12V

Iout=100mA

Because output current is negative so we cannot use calculator tool, but we have run Webench as below chart:

Hello Lawrence

It looks good. I found only one issue. The inductor value should be 330uH (not 100uH) to match with WEBENCH result.
