LMG1205: which chip can support input pulse width less than 5ns?

Part Number: LMG1205
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM5113-Q1, , LMG1210

Tool/software:

Hi TIer

I have a question about the Gan driver chip
I see that the half-bridge drives chips such as LM5113-Q1 and LMG1205, which have a minimum input pulse width of more than 10 ns. So, what if we could actually use less than this pulse width. If we couldn't, is there a half-bridge driver with an input pulse width less than 5 ns?

  • Hey Tony,

Thank you for reaching out with this question regarding the LM5113-Q1 and the LMG1205.

These products do not support pulse widths of less than 10ns.

We do offer the LMG1210 which has a minimum pulse width of 4ns that is a half-bridge GaN driver that would work here.

Let me know if you have any questions.

    Thank you,

    William Moore
