On the datasheet, MSL Peak Temp information is not available for REF7040QFKHT.

Would it be possible to give me this information?

Hi! There is NO MSL rating for ceramic package. Ceramic package is hermetic so no moisture penetrates to cause pop corning.

You can reflow up to 260C max.
