For help with the power stage design, you can download for free and use TI Power Stage Designer. 5V input for isolated for isolated power converter is not so popular as 12V, 24V or 48V but you can also search the TI Reference Design Library here. If isolation can be achieved by some other means or is not required, then TI has a selection of Syn Buck modules, converters and controllers here.

Added the driver IC in the circuit, driver IC part number MIC4420BN as per you given suggestion peak current should be 1A current but we have taken peak current 6A but it is not working as per our requirement.
