I would like to know about the Capability of LM3410. Is this LED driver capable of supplying continuous 12V ,1A of power from 5V input?

No, it can't.

Even if efficiency is 100%, input inductor avg current will be 12V*1A/5V=2.4A, which is beyond switch current limitation 2.1A already.

Thanks for your response can we consider 1.8 as VIH(min) and 0.4 as VIL(max) for control pin DIM in the Driver?
