Full disclosure I'm not a battery expert, but is that chemica makeup correct for the INR18650-35 (3400mAh)? No Li mentioned which is why I ask. It is a lithium battery according to the data sheet.

Yes, the chemical description is correct. Li-ion is a very generic term for a battery chemistry. NiCoMn is a type of Li-ion chemistry (it's technically Li-NiCoMn O2, NiCoMn is just the short hand notation). Other types of Li-ion battery chemistries are NMC, LFP, and LTO.
