BQ77915: BQ779915_Prototype not working

Part Number: BQ77915
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CSD18542KTT

Tool/software:

Hello Ti Team,

I have build the prototype board based on BQ7791514PWR.

My battery nominal voltage 12.8V, 6Ah, 4 cell in series, Below is the schematics.

The Problem is:

1. I have added 10K POT resistor to simulate the NTC temperature. I am getting total series cell voltage 13.01V on the Battery pack terminals, (BAT+ and BAT-)

But when i create a fault by varying the Pot resistor, It is showing ~10V, not going to 0V.

I have below power MOSFET for charge and discharge control. Can you please check where it went wrong.

Which resistor value i need to change get to 0V, when fault created.

Q5, Q6 Texas Instruments CSD18542KTT MOSFET N-CH 60V 200A DDPAK

Your quick response is highly appreciated.

-Ravi.
