Hi,

 

Looking through the datasheet RDS(on) is specified at 200mA output current. Please can you confirm that the values in the datasheet for RDS(on) do not change with load current and are hence the same at 4A load?

    Chris,

    This is correct. The load current does not have any direct impact on the on resistance. Indirectly, the higher load current will cause the junction temperature to heat up and increase the resistance (as seen in the datasheet), but it is not directly corelated.
