UCC21710-Q1: Jolt with Si MOSFET

Can Jolt family(UCC217xx-Q1) be used with Si MOSFET?
If not could you let me know the reason?
If there is any concerns to use Jolt with Si MOSFET, could you let me know?

Hi Hirata-san,

Yes UCC21710-Q1 can be used for Si MOSFET as well. The Gate driver has UVLO ~12V and have VEE (negative bias) support as well. So It could be used to Si MOSFET.

What is the expected UVLO for the FET?

Not only UCC21710-Q1, can all of the Jolt family(UCC217xx-Q1) support Silicon MOSFET?

I am not sure the expected UVLO as of now. I will let you know if I get the information.

Yes that's right any of the UCC217xx family can be used for Si MOSFET.
