Recommended inductors are listed in Table 5 of SLVS789D.

I am using the inductor below, but it seems that production will be discontinued in the future.

Can you recommend any inductors other than those in Table 5 that are candidates?

As my check, #A915AY-100M=P3 is still in production. Please help confirm whether it will be discontinued in the near future.

Could you provide the requirements of the wanted inductor? Especially for the X/Y/Z size and the DCR.

I would like something equivalent to "#A915AY-100M=P3".

If you remove the "T size" condition in "Search for products with similar specifications" at the above URL, you will find "LQH5BPN100M38#" which is 4mm thick.

Is "LQH5BPN100M38#" recommended for TPS61170?

Hi Dice-K,

In the boost application, I mainly focused on the inductance, Isat and DCR when selecting the inductor. Both the two inductors you posted will work and they are good choice I think.

For inductors from other vendors, the following ones can also be the choice.

Coilcraft: XGL4040-103MEC
TDK: VLS5030EX-100M-D
