TPS22919: load switch with short circuit current limit <900mA

Hi,

Would like to check if there is a load switch with short circuit current limit lower than 900mA (preferably <600mA), and able to do lower sequencing (OQC and EN pin).

Currently we are evaluating the TPS22919 and if possible we would like the short circuit  current limit to be lower than that if possible.

1A, or even lower, max continuous current is sufficient for our application.

    TT,

    For these requirements, TPS22919 would likely be your best bet. The TPS22950 would be able to set the current limit to a configurable value, but price-wise I think it is not in the same category of TPS22919 so I would recommend this device.
