BQ27411-G1: Error in Golden image flash

Hello,

After learning cycle I create one otfs-file with the bqStudio.

I follow the same procedure given in the document /cfs-file/__key/communityserver-discussions-components-files/196/SLUA703-SmartFlash-OTP-Programming-AR-Final-EPDF-20May2014.pdf

Now I try to program the BQ27411-G1C with the software SmartFlash (V07.0) but the thing is I am not able to complete the programming.

Errors:
06/27/2024 6:31:18 PM >> ERROR: Received NAK 53 - NAK received.
06/27/2024 6:31:18 PM >> ERROR: Received NAK 57 - NAK received on I2C Write.06/27/2024 6:31:18 PM >> ERROR: Received NAK 58 - NAK received on I2C Write.
06/27/2024 6:31:22 PM >> ERROR: Programming failed!

After this error the battery monitor get crashed and It was not detected by the smartflash application or bqstudio. The battery monitor is detected only after removing and reconnecting the battery.

What is the reason for this error? Any different way to flash golden image to the battery monitor bq27411-g1.

I have uploaded the .gg file, .otfs file, smart flash logs and screenshots of bqstudio during process in the given zip file.

Hi,

I have not seen this issue before.

Have you downloaded the most recent EV2300 software?

You gave been able to communicate via I2C fine before this?

To clarify your device is not autodetecting?

Are you confident you followed all the steps in the document you provided?

Yes. latest software is used in the EV2300

Yes. before this I2C communication is fine.

Device is auto detecting.

Yes I followed all the steps given in the document. also I tested the same process with three battery monitor IC's. all the test results same as mentioned above.

Any solution for this?
