BQ25798: ACDRV1 current ratings - Ship FET usage in Shutdown mode

Part Number: BQ25798

Tool/software:

Hi! We have some questions regarding the BQ25798 battery charger:

1- ACDRV1 and ACDRV2 voltage and current.

In order to properly design the input MOS circuit and calculate timings we would need to know how much current the ACDRV1 and ACDRV2 pins can sink and source.

How is the gate voltage for the input MOS generated? Is there any charge pump circuit? In order to select the input MOS' VGSth and VGSIo we would need to know the voltage rating of the ACDRV1 and ACDRV2 outputs.

2- In order to minimize the part count and maximize reliability, we don't want to use a SHIP FET. So, how much is the Shutdown battery current (ISD_BAT) affected in shutdown mode if no SHIP FET is used? Can it be still as low as 0.7uA (worst case)?

Thanks in advance for your answers!

Best regards.
