To generate a negative output voltage, you can use a Buck converter and connect the (positive) output of the converter to GND.
You can then use the GND of the converter as the negative output, like shown in this image:
To find the right product you can enter your requirements into Webbench Power Designer which will give you some proposals:

Without knowing the output current or power requirement, I can only suggest using the LM5576 which has an integrated FET.
For higher load currents above 1.3A, you may need to choose a controller with an external FET.
