Hi,
I am designing a Power supply having following parameters:
Need to find a suitable part for it.
Hi,
The Pout = 300W. I suggest you use UCC28950 phase shifted full bridge. Flyback does not seem a good candidate for such a high power.
Hi,
200W still too large for flyback. UCC28950 can still be used or UCC28251 for half bridge.
Flyback usually is to be used 120W or less.
Forward is roughly ok for 200W then UCC2894 can be considered if you do not want use half bridge or full bridge.
I see UCC256402 for LLC which is ok to use for 200W but it is better to have narrow input which is not your case.
In the UCC25640EVM-020 evaluation board schematics I dont see any link between the VIN (2? marked) and the AC input point (1? marked) so are they both connected or this is something else and both AC and DC inputs are separately applied.

Hi ,
AC DC needs a rectifier circuit. Please open a new thread with UCC25640 to get better support and get your questions answered by the dedicated experts on that device.
