The size of the PCB is given in the user guide but the distance between the mounting holes of TPS5450EVM-254 is not given.

Can TI provide this info?

What holes are you referring to? The PCB does not have mounting holes and teh IC is surface mount...

they are fiducials. They are just dots used to align the PCB for pick'n'place at the assy fab shop.

Oops! I was hoping to use them as is in a project instead of designing a PCB. The price is quite reasonable for prototype production.

Can I convert those fiducials into holes for mounting? 3m holes?

There may be internal ground layers under those pads, I dont have access to teh actual pcb database right now to check, but you can probably drill them out. You would be best to use nylon hardware to make any mounting to prevent shorts.

Please find attached the gerbers for the EVM and the Altium PCAD 2004 pcb file for the layout. If you don't have PCAD you can download a viewer from their website.
