TPS548C26: Does it have duty limitation?

Part Number: TPS548C26

Tool/software:

Hi Team,

We are using TPS548C26EVM to do evaluation. The board works well when Vin >4V, however we find that when Vin<4V the output is lower than setting, about 80% of input roughly. Could you help to confirm if TPS548C26 have duty limitation or other reason about this behavior?

Check below board picture for our setting, we already use external 5V to power VCC/DRV pin directly, EN pin also power by it.

When Vin = 3.6V, Vout only has 2.9V.

When Vin = 3.8V, Vout is 3.08V

When Vin = 4.0V, Vout is 3.2V.

And finally Vin = 4.2V, Vout becomes normal with 3.3V value.
