There is a using case of LM5155-Q1, VCC is about 6V, and the gate voltage is 6V as well, but this voltage is not enough to drive MOS, so do you have methods to improve the drive voltage?

Thanks for using E2E.
It is possible to supply VCC from externally. With that, the internal LDO is disabled.
When using a flyback topology for example, this can be done with an additional auxilary winding.

The internal gate driver voltage is limited to VCC.
