Hi Team,

Using TLC59284DBQ, ESD testing has issues,
Air discharge (8KV) or contact discharge (4KV) LED driver chips may occasionally experience reset phenomena, and the chip's external power supply cannot solve the problem. The schematic diagram and PCB are shown in the following figure. Please help analyze. Thank you.

Hi Reed,

The ESD level of our device is 4000V(HBM) and 2000V(CDM), I don't think your ESD level for air discharge (8KV) and contact discharge (4KV) can work on our device. It might be caused unpredictable problem.
