LM4041-N-Q1: Latch-up current for VDD

Hi team,
This is FAE Jayden, My customer is using LM4041QCEM3X-1.2NO. They need to evaluate the latch-up current of the device's VDD pin to guide their design. If you cannot provide this data, can you provide an approximate latch-up current in the reliability test? Or recommend a pull-down resistor value for customers?

Hi Jayden,

If by latch-up current you are referring to overcurrent or overvoltage conditions that would break the device are provided in the absolute maximum ratings.

However, operating outside of the recommended operating conditions of 1.2mA reverse current can lead to performance degradation and loss of functionality.

Thanks. I got a new question. Is there a range or limit for Cout (C48 in below schematic) . I can't find in datasheet. Thanks.

Hi Jayden,

Although an output capacitor is not necessary for LM4041-N-Q1, any typical capacitor value between 0.1uF to 10uF should work fine.
