Package: SOT-583, WCSP
Abs(Min) of Input voltage for less than 10 ns (LX1, LX2): -0.3V, -2.0V
Output voltage (Max): 5.3V, 5.5V
Thermal Information
Are there any other differences?
Why is the IReverse specification not listed for TPS631010?
The biggest difference is the package, so should I use them depending on my package preference?
