TPS2552: Can Rilim be floated?

Hi Rayna,

Making Rilim floating is not a normal operation condition. It's possible that the chip will regard it as a very large resistance and make the maximum current limitation lower than 100 mA. 

Please refer to Section 9.5.1 from the datasheet https://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/tps2552d.pdf. The recommended Rilim value will be 15 kΩ to 232 kΩ.
