TPS61378-Q1: TPS61378 No output issue

 Team,

Currently my customer finds that there is one TPS61378 no output. The input voltage is 7.7V and normal board output voltage is 125V. On one board, we find that the Vout=0 and OUT=8V, SW output is good and no short-circuit in OUT-GND. We are wondering if the OCP protect MOS is damaged. Is there any way to probe to see if the MOS is damaged?

    Hi Jason,

    Please provide the schematic, the used BOM and load conditions(Iout) for further debug. You may send by mail.

    Is there only one board that has the issues and the major boards work normally?
