TPS22995: Is there any risk when Vbais set 1.0V?.

Part Number: TPS22995

Tool/software:

Hi TIer

Customer use TPS22995 in there system.

Customer have to set Vbais is 1.0V due to some issue. But in datasheet the recommended value is 1.5V at less.

So is there any risk for this setting?

Do we have some pin2pin solution which support 1.0V bais ?

Customer need some more convenient way to modify. Thank you very much.

  • Hi!

When VBIAS < 1.5V the device is in an undefined state, so the operation of the FET is also in an undefined state.

I checked and it doesn't look like p2p solution is present. There are other devices which can be used here in this application, but they have different package compared to this device. x
