The customer is asking whether UCD90160A supports the following enabling operations for debugging in the bring up phase. Can you please comment and provide guidance on how to implement it?
1. Enable all rails or specify rail through command or GUI
2. Whether the timing function is supported, that is, after enabling one rail, another rail can be enabled after a certain time.
