Hi support team,
I've got some only undershoot. The minimum voltage is -3.1V.
The waveform is acquired at different times, but I attach magnified view.(With this waveform,the minimum voltage is -4.1V)
According to the data sheet, [SW transient < 10ns] is min -3.0[V], however this waveforms as exceeded.
Can it tolerate -4.1[V]?
In a previous thread, a similar post was made and the answer was that there was no problem there.
How about our case this time ?
