ATL431: ATL431AIDBZR Cathode Leakage current

Hello Team,

we are using ATL431 in our new design and we need to know the maximum leakage current as per the Temperature varation,such as for -40 ,25 and 85 degree 

in datasheet its provided that the maximum Ioff(Leakage through cathode) is of 0.2uA but in actual case it will be more in our circuit for ambient there will be 0.5V drop due to ATL431 leakage current.

    HI Jayjit,

    Can you provide a schematic so we can see how you are using ATL431 in your design? Then we can explore the question regarding temperature variation.

    Hello Jackson,

    please find the below configuration for my design when the ATL431 will not be in function then what will be the max leakage current flowing through it ?

    during the regular operation input voltage will be of 10V and the ATL431 reference point set for the 10.6V so during this 10V i want to know the leakage current for complete temperature range -40 to +85 Degree.

    A plot of off-state cathode current vs temperature can be found on page 5 Figure 6 of the datasheet:

    Across which part of your circuit are you seeing the drop you described, and what is the voltage level on the VREF pin when you see that drop?
