TPS65263-1Q1: Cannot replicate Webench design in PSpice for TI with the TPS65263

Part Number: TPS65263-1Q1
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS65263, TPS65263EVM-645

Tool/software:

I have a design created in Webench for a triple regulator using the TPS65263.

I am unable to replicate the stability plots created in Webench with those created in PSpice for TI.

The Webench design is attached here.

The PSpice for TI design I am simulating with is the "TPS65263 PSpice Average Model" project which reflects the TPS65263EVM-645 eval board.

Inductor parameters, input/output capacitor parameters, and compensation network in the PSpice project was modified to reflect the Webench design.

Input voltage and load currents were also changed in the PSpice project to reflect the Webench design.

Whereas the plots in Webench indicate that design has adequate phase and gain margin for the three outputs, the PSpice for TI design is not stable.

The baseline PSpice design, (reflecting the dev kit), did simulate correctly and was stable before being modified to reflect my Webench design.

The plots look similar between Webench and PSpice characteristically but they're off in value.

Ideally, I would go back to the baseline PSpice project and create a Webench design that matches it to see if results agree.

However, Webench will not let me individually modify component parameters. It seems to be set in an automatic optimization mode where when I modify one component, it goes off an automatically updates others.

So I cannot define it the way I want to match the TPS65263EVM-645 reference design.

Another annoyance is I cannot save the Webench project. Even though I save the Webench project under my TI account, it will not open when I exit and return. So I have to create a new one every time.

Webench also indicating it is unable to fully simulate a triple voltage design.

I absolutely need to verify the design outside of Webench as we need to look at different conditions which Webench will not allow due to the issues above.

Need help. Please advise.
