Hi,

We found short TPS26630-33EVM jumper J6 but it can't still trigger OVP @48V,

Doe R5 have minimum require value?

And what is the highest OVP level I can set?

    Hello Jeff,

    The TPS26630 features a factory set 34.3-V input overvoltage cutoff V(IN_SYS_OVP) threshold with a 440-mV hysteresis. This feature can be enabled by connecting the OVP terminal directly to the GND terminal.

    By shorting J6, you are connecting OVP to GND.

    To have higher OVP limit, you have to change R2, R3 and R5.

    You can find the values in design calculator by setting the OVP to 48V.
