LM66100: two questions

Hello,

My customer is using the LM66100DCKT as ideal diodes to perform between two similar voltage levels that are coming from two separate sources.

Two questions:

Is configuration in Figure 17 (Page 11/23 of DS) is good way to report Status of Vout to the micro?
Shall ST pin of the second device be connected to Vout?

Hi Adam,

1. Figure 17 is just an Oring configuration. If you want to sense VOUT and feed it to micro-controller, you will need an extra circuit like a voltage supervisor. Or did you mean to feed VOUT into a micro-controller?

2. ST is an open drain output and can be connected to any pullup. You can connect it to VOUT via a 10k resistor. It just signals if device is active or not.
