I ordered this evaluation module and do not have it yet.
How many volts will this evaluation module output in its default state without a PC connected?

I found a reference to "VBAT~29.4V" in the schematic section on page 13 of the following DATASHEET. I could not find anything else.
I understand that it is as calculated by the inverse multiple of the ratio of a resistor divider under the condition of VFB_REG=1.536V.

Also, I am planning to evaluate without a PC as soon as possible.

Hello Tamura,

The evaluation module will output 29V in it's default state. This setting is for charging a 7S battery. To change this setting, you'll need to change the FB voltage divider. You can do this by changing R64 in the image you sent.
