4 cascaded pieces with BQ76PL455A 12S, first one and the last one circuit is bigger than the other two pieces,they are 5.5ma and 7.5ma.
What can i do to improve this?

The BQ76PL455 is outdated and we do not recommend using it in new designs. Support will be slower and more difficult. Please consider our newer device, the BQ79616.

Thanks for your advice, i hace recommend customer using BQ79718-Q1 to replace,but the old project still need to support

I presume you are talking about current draw differences between your stack devices. This is likely due to the top and bottom stack devices not having to communicate as much as the middle stack devices as they only have to communicate in one direction. There is no system to correct for this error in this device, unlike our more modern devices.
The only way to do this would be to add additional circuitry to dissipate extra current, which TI neither supports nor recommends.
