Tool/software:
Hello team,
Do we have a reference data for I(OUTH) / I(OUTL) vs VCC2-GND2?
If we also have vs Temperature data, it would be helpful.
Best regards,
Shotaro

Hi Shotaro,
You can check figures 4 through 7 on the ISO5452 datasheet here.
Because of our pull-up and pull-down structure, the output current is more dependent on the VCC2-VOUT voltage, since the VCC2-VOUT voltage dictates which region the pull-up and pull-down FETs operate. Thus, the output current will be large when the gate driver first starts sourcing or sinking current, and will decay as output reaches VCC2 or GND.
You can infer from the graphs in this way: when VCC2-GND2 = 20V, the peak current follows the purple line over temperature. When VCC2-GND2 = 15V, the peak current follows the blue line across temperature. VCC2-GND2 = 2.5V/5V/10V cases can't really be inferred in this way because that voltage is below the UVLO threshold.
Hope this helps.
