LM25149-Q1: Current sense accuracy

Part Number: LM25149-Q1

Tool/software:

Hi Team,

Looking at the LM25149-Q1 datasheet, the stated overcurrent Vcs-th threshold tolerance is 49mV min to 73mV max. In the Typical characteristics section Figure 7-18 shows the Current sense threshold vs temperature being quite flat over -40C to 150C at ~62mV. Does this indicate that the 49mV to 73mV is not very temperature dependent but silicon dependent?

Should the expectation be to expect to the Vcs-th min/max swing of +/-24mV for a design?

Thanks,

Justin
