Hello,

I have to design a Current Fed Push-Pull dc/dc converter for a space application. I'm aware there are two PWM controllers available: UC2827-1 and LM5041 for this topology, but none of them has a Rad Hard variant, as far as I know. Is there a reference design for this topology, which uses space qualified parts ?

TI Rad Hard & Space products page here. Rad hard power management ICs here. TI is not offering either of the two integrated products you mentioned. If you are fixed on the current fed push-pull topology, maybe consider separate buck+push-pull converter stages using whatever space grade level PWMs you require?

Thank you. That's what I will do. Using TPS7H5001 or TPS7H5005 for the buck stage and some logic to generate the overlapping driving signals for the cascaded push-pull.
